Parmesan Crusted Sole



Tender pieces of sole encrusted with this simple coating is an easy weeknight meal!


6 slices of dover sole

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

2 T. Paprika

2 T. Chopped parsley or cilantro

olive oil



Preheat oven to 400. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with some olive oil spray.

Mix together the cheese, paprika and parsley in a shallow dish.

Drizzle some olive oil over the fish. Coat the fish with the cheese mixture and put the fillets on the baking sheet.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until done.

Squeeze some lemon and enjoy!

  1. Generaly, my wife does not like fish but she loved this! She recommends less paparica and I recommend thick fillets so the cheese has time to melt
