This didn’t turn out quite as well as I would have liked – maybe I didn’t cook it long as I should have. I’ve never really made hash browns, so I wasn’t sure how to cook this. Maybe someone can chime in on some tips! The ingredients are tasty, so I’m going to keep this recipe and maybe try again using smaller batches.
1 pkg cauliflower rice
1 t. minced onion
Seasonings such as garlic powder, pepper, etc.
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan and add olive oil. Place some of the cauliflower mixture in a pan and smash down to make it flat. It may be good to make 4 individual patties so that they are more manageable.
Once the cauliflower patty has browned on one side, flip it over to brown the other side.
